This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a stellar track record in Regulatory, to utilize their expansive knowledge of cosmetic regulations they have spent their career building. As Head of Regulatory you will join a global skincare brand committed to it’s leading scientific innovation. Working closely with the R&D scientists at the forefront of new product innovation, you will ensure full product compliance in each territory.

Taking a proactive approach to this role is essential, as you will use your expertise to predict market compliance needs; identifying and pre-emptively resolving risks or issues that may arise. A core element of the company, your priority will be to guarantee that the brand’s ambitious strategy is ready to launch and impervious to risk.

Your knowledge of international cosmetic regulations and the international product registration process will be particularly strong, especially regarding the UK/EU, US/FDA regulations, and Australia/TGA regulations.

Using your excellent communication skills, you will share this understanding with the company through building a technical regulatory knowledge base and presenting strategies that will ensure product compliance when confronted with “grey areas” of regulation.
