Corporate Receptionist Required
We are looking for a corporate receptionist for our busy client based in Bicester
The role is a 6-month FTC direct with the client view the view to be made permanent at the end of the qualifying period. Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with free parking on-site.
- Main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors
- Reception duties
- Meeting room bookings and Teams management
- Stationery and office consumables procurement and management of supplies
- Correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR)
- Providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams
- Finance & Quality Assurance support as and when required
About The Candidate
- Knowledge of Document Management systems.
- Communication skills at all levels.
- Time Management to work to deadlines.
- Be able to produce and manage comms
- Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail.
- Good organiser and collaborative working essential.
- People Person
