Job Description:


  • Office-based role 
  • £20,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience 
  • Full Time, Permanent role
  • Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 18:00 (Flexi)
  • 28 days paid annual leave & benefits

We are a Medical Recruitment Agency, looking for someone to join our support team and help develop our team through an exciting period of massive growth. This is an exciting opportunity leading to career development (potentially up to Director level) at an established yet young and dynamic Group with several Medical Recruitment agencies, including a listed NHS Framework agency. 


We have over 40 staff and cover UK wide, with our recently refurbished and open-feel office based a 5 minute walk from Watford Junction Station.


This position is open to candidates of various levels hence the salary range, with growth opportunities throughout - we are a young and dynamic company at a stage of our lifecycle which is expecting massive forecasted growth in both personnel and sales. The position includes IT support and/or an Ops Assistant role working directly with the Company Directors. 


IT skills are essential and recruitment agency knowledge would be very useful.

Our specialist recruitment teams place Doctors (GP’s and Hospital Doctors) into private healthcare brands as well as directly into the NHS. We have Temp. and Permanent Divisions each with differing needs and goals. 


We have established teams and you would be working with our Support Division, which currently consists of our Admin and Compliance teams - with the aim to keep our Sales Divisions at peak performance. 





I.T support is a key part of the role including several software upgrades planned in the New Year, and as we look to double our growth of staff and sales in 2022, we are looking for someone to assist and support our various teams working seamlessly with our Sales/Support Teams and reporting directly to the Company Directors.


There is a potential future position for Operations Support Manager is also available, consisting of maintaining smooth ops support from our Compliance & Admin teams whilst identifying and delivering ad hoc and long-term projects designed in conjunction with the Sales directors. This can develop into a Head of Department Role with the scope to develop into a Director Position. The position offers the chance to be involved in Operations Management & Delivery, Communications, New Venture Launches, Contract Planning & Delivery, Logistics, some Finance and more using your own skills and your team members.


Core Responsibilities include:

  •  Developing analytics to increase performance and improve monitoring across divisions;
  •  Supporting our Advertising & Online marketing processes for the recruitment teams, 
  •  Developing analytics to increase performance and improve monitoring across divisions;
  •  Working closely with the Sales directors to establish business cases for project-based work;
  •  Liaising with suppliers for conferences/face to face marketing and managing the exhibiting process;
  •  Working with layouts in our offices and assisting with IT equipment and System updates;
  •  Organising Conference logistics, office supply and other office project management;
  •  Managing Data reporting and analytics delivery for the recruitment teams;
  •  Managing relationships with all suppliers, from Office equipment to IT liaison;
  •  Coordinating in-house recruitment from advertising to screening and interview processing; 
  •  Responsibility for the maintenance and development of our Computer & Communications systems (Hardware & software) with the support of our IT providers.
  •  Liaising with Framework bodies to ensure Regulatory compliance as well as coordinating future bids (in conjunction with our Bid writing suppliers).


You will have lots of support from several of our providers (such as existing IT support companies) and vendors, admin and support team staff.
