Account Manager - Healthcare Agency - £40,000
This fantastic healthcare agency are looking for an account manager to join their growing team, this role is paying £40,000 and looking for someone with a healthcare background
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for client relationship, leading and executing all projects planned and agreed with the client and AD
- Making sure delivery of all projects is to high quality standards, meeting all deadlines, or managing deadline amendments proactively
- Add value to client requests and drives innovative thinking and creativity
- Ensures regular client updates are provided on project progress
- Ensures timelines are developed and adhered to for all projects
- Updates internal teams on upcoming projects and plans resource requests accordingly
- Ensures accurate weekly resource requests are made and submitted in a timely fashion
- Negotiates for time when needed and understands agency priorities
- Develops accurate and well considered briefs and ensures they are provided to members of the team ahead of briefing meetings
- Works closely with the creative department to ensure consistently high-quality creative work is delivered
- Demonstrates a passion for great creative work
- Ensures all client feedback is thoroughly reviewed and filtered prior to passing on to internal teams, ensuring that all feedback is clear, sensible, and actionable
- Ensures server folders are kept up to date and well-organised
- Ensures accurate weekly client status reports are prepared and sent
- Responsible for regular client phone contact with clients
- Builds strong client relationships and becomes a trusted partner
- Identifies and (with the support of the AD) addresses client concerns and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Possesses a thorough understanding of client brand, the market environment, (key clinical studies) and marketing strategy
