Senior Product Manager: Fintech: £80k-£85k

A money transfer business in the City is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product and propositions for their corporate customers and affiliate partners and create the best possible experience.

The role has come along due to growth and joins a Product team of 10, reporting into the Head of Product. In this role, you’ll be working closely with the commercial and tech teams to create consumer-driven propositions that result in customer growth and retention.

Previous experience in a 360 Product Manager role is essential, as you’ll be responsible for the strategy and roadmap of your product, as well as acting as the Product Owner in the Scrum team. There will be an equal split between a strategic and delivery focus.


Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the Product vision/strategy
• Collaborate closely with the commercial and technical teams, delivering customer-focused products (B2B and B2C)
• Develop the product in line with the business strategy
• Create and deliver excellent experiences in online products, API integrations, and white-labelling solutions
• Continuously review the backlog, and run timely and efficient sprints

Experience Required:

• Demonstrable success delivering B2C and B2B Fintech products
• Previous experience owning the full digital experience for B2C and B2B customers
• Background in software development/engineering is desirable (not essential)
• A strong customer-focused background is essential
• An understanding of payments, FX and APIs is highly desirable
