Procurement Business Partner needed in Southampton £395.50 per day  PAYE - Reference:5191970

This role will involve:

• Provide advice to Commissioners regarding procurement matters.
• Successful and timely delivery of end to end procurement projects, including but not limited to, selection of appropriate procurement routes, producing procurement documentation, assistance with specification, development, dealing with clarification requests, developing meaningful and realistic KPI’s that accurately measure expectations and standards and evaluating tender responses
• Work closely with commissioners and the contract management function and service areas to ensure the procurement and contact management lifecycle is maintained and a structured handover of the resulting contract is made
• Working closely with key stakeholder, identify and implement appropriate procurement strategies to meet service area requirements from assisting with needs analysis through to completion to completion of the full tender and evaluation process

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
