Unit Catering Manager needed in Blackpool £12.00 per hr PAYE - Reference:0005 35ED / 1

This role will involve:

• To ensure that all required duties within the catering establishment are carried out.
• To be responsible for the provision of safe food for consumption and the hygiene and cleanliness of premises, equipment and personnel.
• To order all food and products from designated suppliers only.
• To be responsible for ensuring all nutritional requirements are met in line with existing and future legislation.
• To operate and control stocks and stock records and ensure that the appropriate reporting submissions are completed and returned by the appropriate dates given.
• Control and manage targets for food costs and labour budgets.
• To assist the Training Manager in menu planning.
• To ensure that heavy equipment repairs and maintenance are carried out promptly and that the premises physical make up is in accordance with good hygiene practice.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
