Summary: Growing business seeks awesome, talented business administrator to help them manage their business processes and deliver customer projects!
Package: £22k - £25k + flexible working + 25 days holiday
Location: Birmingham (50% remote working possible)

This business started off, like many, with humble beginnings.  However, it has since become one of the fastest growing companies in its field globally, with a client base that includes some of the most respected and widely known businesses in the world.

They are crazy busy right now, hiring across the board and experiencing record demand for their products and services.  They have an ambitious pipeline of projects and now need a super-talented, organised, and experienced individual to join them in a role that combines business administration, customer service, and project co-ordination.

There's a lot of admin jobs out there, but the great thing about this one is that you'll have real responsibility and will be a high-profile person with the team, with your views and abilities truly valued. The role will involve elements of general administration (completing reports, answering calls, paperwork), project work (tracking tasks, updating documents/spreadsheets, and liaising between departments), and working with your manager to help develop team processes.

You will need at least 12 months experience in a busy, multi-faceted admin role, along with customer service experience.  You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and general email/IT systems.  A track record of creating policies and procedures, supporting projects, and dealing with customers and suppliers is also expected.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working largely autonomously and is great at proactively figuring out what the business and team needs – this company doesn't micromanage people but prefers to hire exceptional people who take initiative to help the business (and their own career) grow!

Importantly, we are ideally looking for someone who has spent at least 12 months+ in their last role or at least has a track record of excelling in a permanent or extended temp role.

You will need to be based within commutable distance of Birmingham (Solihull) and once you are up to speed, you can expect to work from home 50% of the time.

On offer is a basic salary between £22k - £25k + 25 days holiday + benefits.
