Looking for a new Payroll opportunity to start in 2022? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant Accountancy practice in Nottingham, as their Payroll Manager. If you are an experienced payroll professional and are looking to join a friendly and flexible Organisation, this role could be for you!

My Client are a well established business and have a rare opportunity to join their team. The role will be focusing on preparing a range of payrolls for a variety of Clients and Businesses, from sole traders through to limited companies. This is a hands on and busy role, working as part of a small pension and accounting team.
Experience working in a payroll bureau or an accountancy firm is preferred.
Daily Duties include:
- Process and manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll processes for a variety of Clients.
- Processing starters and leavers, P45's and P11D's.
- Being the point of contact for Client's with payroll related queries.
- Understanding and managing pension enrolments.
- Look after CIS subcontractor schemes.
- Maintain payroll systems and produce reports as and when required.
Ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience managing and processing multiple payrolls.
- Knowledge of auto-enrolment pension processes.
- Experience using payroll systems; Brightpay would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of job retention/furlough scheme processes.
- Experience of CIS scheme.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and confident with dealing with Client queries over the phone.
- Excellent IT Skills and attention to detail.
