Connecting Talent to opportunity

Partner Recruitment Specialist

Expired

Job Description:

Are you working in a recruitment agency and loving the relationship building?

Are you an inhouse recruiter that builds pipelines?

If so this job could be for you!

Your role will be liaising with vets. Newly qualified or employed and discussing the option of opening their own practice as a joint venture opportunity.

Will you get that sale every week? Absolutely not!

This is a relationship building role. It can take 1-5 years of talking to a vet before they move forward to committing to joining the partnership team. You need to nurture each prospect to ensure they don't feel pushed or sold to.

The business offers hybrid working but you must be able to attend the Swindon office a few times each week.

Key responsibilities (will include, but not limited to):
  • Work with Area Relationship Managers (ARMs) and Current Practice Owners to understand priorities and agree a recruitment plan for each opportunity
  • Candidate mapping and head hunting activity for targeted regions, ensuring the pipeline and talent pools are developed.
  • Lead generation from recruitment activities such as headhunting, adverts, social media campaigns
  • Attend recruitment events and congresses to attract potential candidates and represent the brand
  • Candidate networking through social media and other methods
  • Work with the Partner Recruitment Manager to deliver the strategy plan in relation to new openings and existing practice sales
  • Work with the partnership recruitment manager to deliver marketing activity and new ideas are developed and implemented
  • Maintain a strong social media presence
  • Host and facilitate discovery days for potential owners
About you

The role would suit an individual who can demonstrate experience of the full 360 recruitment cycle, ideally gained within an agency environment.
You will be proactive in your approach, with proven skills within direct sourcing through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and social media.
You will be experienced within lead generation, holding ‘cold’ conversations that detail a service / model / product to offer. MS Office skills (with a focus on Excel) are required, along with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
