Technical Author needed by this large professional services business to join a well-established team working on a market leading cloud-based software application. The technical author is an integral part of the development and testing team fully involved in the release process, ensuring documentation is released simultaneously.

The technical author will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, engaging documentation for their products.  This will include producing short videos to highlight areas of functionality to aid understanding of the systems.

The right technical author will have a good mix of:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years’ experience producing client facing technical documentation
• Experience producing concise videos
• Experience using a tool such as Confluence
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
