A vibrant creative communications agency, based in the heart of Burton On Trent, are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Account Executive to join their growing team.

As part of an established independent creative agency, the role will be supporting the Account Director with the day-to-day running of key accounts. As the role develops there will be the opportunity to take over some account management and to grow your own client relationships.

• A stickler for detail, able to maintain accurate status reports and keep track of budgets

Day to day tasks will include:

• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and then translating that into a brief

• Monitoring all stages of the project to make sure that they run smoothly

• Writing project status reports to keep clients and colleagues updated

• Keeping track of clients’ budgets and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget

• Running and maintaining social channels

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• A keen eye for detail

• An understanding of budget restraints

• Experience of using Excel

• An awareness of creative processes and techniques and/or experience in a creative agency

• Previous experience with status reports and project plans

• Ability to manage social media accounts
