A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful growing company, who is a leading manufacturer and a specialist within their industry who are looking for a Maintenance Manager.

The Position:

I am looking for a Maintenance Manager to fulfil a permanent position, who must have experience of a manufacturing/Chemical industry, Heavy Industry or Automotive would be desirable. This position is based within a fast-moving environment where you must be able to work well under pressure and deal with multiple challenges daily and use your own initiative. 


Skills & Requirements:  

• Time Served – Full Apprenticeship (HNC or HND Preferred)
• Exposure within a Chemical / Automotive industry
• Be able to think on your feet and work well under pressure.
• PPM Planning and Budget Management
• Electronic, Hydraulic and Pneumatics’ experience

Responsibilities:

• Planning PPM’s 
• Planning and Management of Maintenance Budget 
• Organize & manage the turnaround of the equipment in the plant..
• Give clear objectives to the maintenance workers and provide any requested support
• Propose new ideas to increase efficiency and decrease costs whilst continually striving for process improvements
