Caretaker Team Leader needed in Milton Keynes paying £15.33 per hr PAYE - Reference:HQ00022387

This role will involve:

Working to the Facilities Manager, assist with the management and delivery of a range of Facilities Management tasks arising from the Corporate Property Strategy, including but not limited to, planned maintenance schedule, reactive caretaking, Health and Safety issues, building inspections and ensure the service requirements from the FM Helpdesk are resolved in a timely manner.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
