Job Description:

A position has become available for a “Demand Planner/Administrator” to join the Customer Fulfilment team in a permanent role. 37.5 hours per week.

9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (with 1 hour lunch).

 

Role profile: This role requires a very organised proactive individual who can multitask and deal with a very high volume of e-mails. Communicate closely with Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring required equipment is dispatched when required. Please note - this role does not require the successful candidate to book engineer’s time.

  • Experienced Customer Services background, operating in line with best practice
  • Possesses a ‘can do’ attitude
  • System orientated, experience working with databases & spreadsheets (SAP Preferable)
  • Experienced in resolving customer issues in an efficient and polite manner
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Team player with a flexible and adaptive attitude to work hours to meet the needs of the business

 

Salary – circa £21,000 per annum depending on skills & experience.

This includes a credit history check (to check for any financial sanctions i.e., active CCJ’s or other penalty), 5-year employment history check, terrorism check, Disclosure Scotland check and two-character references.
