Administrator based in Bracknell with a rate of £9.50 per hr
This is a full time temporary role.
This role will involve:
- Answering and dealing with telephone callers in a courteous manner, giving appropriate advice, taking and relaying messages accurately, processing enquiries and keeping a record of these transactions. Telephone calls may be of a sensitive nature.
- To keep patient records up to date on both the Trust’s electronic data base (RiO) and the local authority electronic data base (LAS). This forms a large part of the role and training will be given as required.
- To undertake any typing, photocopying, scanning, collating and distribution of documents as required by the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
