Office Clerk based in Fareham and the hourly rate is £8.91ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

The successful candidate will process incoming and outgoing post in accordance with procedures.

They will be working within the Business and Facilities office to provide a range of clerical services to support the office, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.

They will process incoming post and packages in accordance with postal and courier guidelines, process outgoing post and packages in accordance with postal and courier guidelines, identify and report any suspicious packages or post received, use and maintain a variety of manual and computerised record keeping systems, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the data stored, identify errors/discrepancies and refer to the relevant department for clarification and report data breaches to line manager in accordance with the GDPR guidance.
