Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role Description: The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is an entry-level recruitment position. Whilst completing core training, the Trainee Recruitment specialist will attract, source and interview candidates, matching them to roles and managing them through recruitment processes. As you become more established in your role, you will manage the client processes, build external relationships, and generate leads to pass over to be converted into sales. As your role progresses, you will start building your client relationships, bring on job vacancies and should aim to be competent in a 360-recruitment role: albeit with continued support and guidance from more senior members of staff.
