Job Description:

Travel will be paid where further than agreed base location as required by the migration plan. Inside IR35 paying £20 per hour PAYE.

Role Overview -

Various projects including supervision of x2 B3/4 techs.

Win7 to Win10 project experience

Active Directory user account experience

Excellent with end-user support (inc. face to face)

Building laptops onto a device image win 10

Experience/skills required-

Comprehensive IT support skills gained from a previous hardware /software support role

Experience in 2nd line and field ICT support role in large, multi-user environment

Strong Technical Experience

Broad knowledge of computer system(s), hardware and software and networking acquired

NHS Experience (including working with NHS systems)

Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with staff at all levels, both written and verbal Able to explain ICT matters to non-IT staff

Experience of Microsoft Active Directory

Excellent communication and IT skills

Ability to upgrade, repair and implement new hardware peripherals

Ability to install, upgrade and repair software applications and packages

Good understanding of computer networks

Relevant computing discipline education or equivalent level of experience

Knowledge of Office 365

Able to push trolleys loaded with IT equipment

Full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle

Able to remain calm, polite, tactful and persuasive when problems occur
