Job Description:

Administrator needed in Castleford £10.41 per hr PAYE - Reference:0005 6757 / 1

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis. 

This role will involve:

  • To support the Employment Officer in the development and implementation of a values-based Employment Hub that will provide sustainable ongoing recruitment into the care sector, supporting partnership working with the Job Centre Plus (specifically those people receiving Universal Credit), Wakefield College, voluntary groups, schools, academies, colleges independent care providers and personal assistants.
  • To support the implementation of all social media platforms in promoting the Employment Hub, to provide sustainable on-going recruitment into the care sector.
  • To be the main point of contact for all stakeholders regarding all social media initiatives, providing all necessary administrative support required.
  • To support the updating and monitoring of the Employment Hub social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • To coordinate staff vacancies from internal teams and independent care sector providers and personal assistants accessing the Employment Hub.
  • To provide administrative support for the ‘recruitment matching’ process across the care sector, internally and externally.
