Customer Sales Administrator
£18,000 per annum
Temp-to-Perm - Full Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator who will work closely with a busy sales and operations team within an engineering company.
You will provide a responsive and customer focussed service via inbound phone calls and emails from UK and International customers and you will provide information on the cost of hiring engineering equipment.
You’ll have excellent communication and listening skills with previous admin or customer service experience. You will have an excellent eye for detail and you will provide accurate quotes and take orders before processing for invoice and delivery.
You should have a previous experience using Office 365 programmes including managing email inboxes and other CRM systems.
