We are recruiting for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow business across the UK within both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
You will have previous recruitment or B2B sales experience and you’ll be able to develop business from cold whilst maximising every opportunity to build your desk. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, matching suitable candidates to live opportunities and all offers/regrets along the way.
You’ll have a proven track record in working to and hitting KPI’s and revenue targets and you will have the aspiration to grow and develop your career through self-development and training.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and you should have access to your own vehicle.
