Early Years Teaching Assistant needed for an SEND School in South Tyneside

A special needs school in South Tyneside are looking for a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant to help support children with a wide range of special needs within Early Years.  

The post will involve small group work, supporting pupils on a one to one basis and assisting with curriculum support.

The role is full time and is to commence immediately. The school requires someone who is experienced working within a special needs school and is experienced working with Early Years.

To be part of this team you will ideally need to be:

• A team player
• NVQ Level 2(or equivalent) Qualified
• Minimum of 6 months school experience
• Experience supporting Early Years children
• Able to adapt to all environments
• Experience working in an SEND environment
