Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for engaging and enthusiastic Employment Advisors who will provide intensive support, advice and guidance to job seekers across Lancashire.

You will be responsible for engaging with job seekers who are currently seeking employment.  Each customer might have a skills gap or a specific barrier - which with the right support, guidance and training they should be able to overcome and ultimately gain employment.

We are eager to speak to applicants who either have experience support job seekers, or you will have previous experience mentoring, supporting, training or managing people.  We are open minded to what sector you come from, but what is important is your self-motivation and ability to inspire, engage and support people.

You will work to job entry targets and SLA’s to ensure that you are engaging effectively with your caseload and that each job seeker moves closer to being job ready.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
