Financial Crime Transformation Manager 

My client is a leading consulting firm with offices across the UK & globally. Their transformation team delivers large scale, regulatory driven transformation programmes for their Financial Services clients that ensure compliance, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience.

For financial crime, this means working with clients to re-architect their operating models and design and implement processes and systems to achieve effective, efficient and sustainable controls.

In order to support the growth of the Transformation Services team, they are currently looking to recruit Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining their experience leading transformation change engagements with Financial Crime knowledge.

Essential Skills for the successful Financial Crime Transformation Manager:

— Previous consulting experience, ideally in a Big 4 or other management consulting practice.

— Managerial roles on Financial Crime Transformation engagements with a proven track record of successfully leading client projects across the delivery lifecycle.

— Financial Crime operating model design and implementation.

— Re-engineering of financial crime processes, systems and controls (customer due diligence, sanctions and adverse press screening, transaction monitoring, ongoing reviews etc.)
