Recruitment Manager - 12 month contract - Portsmouth - £44.50ph UMB or £35.16ph PAYE (Inside IR35)
The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). As a recruitment manager, you will be focused on planning, coordinating and delivering recruitment in line with agreed Business Requirements and working collaboratively with hiring managers, the HR team and key/senior stakeholders for their area. You will shape and deliver appropriate recruitment solutions which assist in achieving the overall Business Stream objectives and be directly responsible for scoping, developing and delivering the required recruitment solutions for the business stream that will have a short and long term impact on the business. Your core duties will include providing Recruitment expertise to Programme, Sector & Campaign teams to support development of Recruitment plan, developing and delivering recruitment supply solutions, providing confidence to Senior Stakeholders that future requirements will be met, coaching line managers in their recruitment responsibilities and coordinating recruitment forecasts for the Business Streams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management principles and Lifecycle Management
- Understanding of how resourcing activity integrates and influences business and wider process performance
- The ability to Provide career coaching and facilitation role, increasing the knowledge and skill base of Hiring/ Senior managers
- The ability to resolve complex resourcing problems and issues
