Senior Helpdesk Analyst needed for this large, not for profit organisation based in Dartford. Working as the Senior Helpdesk Analyst on a core Service Desk team the role is an opportunity for someone looking to take the next steps into a Helpdesk Team Leader position.

The role will involve taking and resolving inbound 1st and 2nd line Helpdesk calls and being the first point of escalation to the more Junior Helpdesk Analysts. As well as this, the role will have leadership responsibilities, deputising for the Team Leader, managing call flows, supervising more junior members on the team and arranging rotas etc.

The right person will have a proven track record working on a Helpdesk and be looking to take the next steps in their career. First class communication skills, verbal and written are a must as well as a solid technical background in resolving and troubleshooting in a Windows Server / Client environment

Any ITIL experience or knowledge would be a real advantage.
