Admin Administrator based in Cardiff and the hourly rate is £11.27ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

  • Organising and maintaining diaries and to make appropriate arrangements as necessary.
  • To provide an efficient and competent secretarial support to senior managers including word processing and the use of other software. i.e. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dealing with and coordinating the incoming telephone calls/Emails and other correspondence determining who will address the queries.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing and retrieval system.
  • Establishing a mail tracking system/arrangement for correspondence to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
  • Assisting with a forthcoming migration to Sharepoint
  • Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
  • Attending meetings and minute taking where require
  • Undertaking administrative tasks including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
