- Be responsible for IT Service Desk tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service requests).
- Provide support both remotely and in person (1-2 days per week in the office).
- 1st line support for both Hardware and Software.
- IT asset management for starters and leavers.
- Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.
- Strong 1st line support experience with hardware and software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The salary bracket on offer for this role is up to £31k depending on experience.
This role is an in-house support, so the successful candidate will be initially 95% office based initially. In time, there will be flexibility for remote working. The state of the art office is based in South London, just above Bromley.
