Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for inspirational Careers Advisors to provide information, advice and guidance to job seekers across the region.

You will work on a 1-2-1 basis with each job seeker and you will build rapport and advise on their future career and learning paths.  You will be based in the community (job centres, training providers, libraries etc.) and you will provide a responsive service, whilst case loading each customer to ensure they progress.

You will conduct initial interventions face to face and via the telephone/video chats.  You will create a SMART action plan for each customer and you will ensure that all engagement is completed to National Careers Service, SFA, Ofsted and Matrix standards.

You will hold a minimum Level 3 IAG qualification.

Due to the nature of this role you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
