German fluent Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Generating qualified appointments with key partners who have decision making authority.
  • Maintaining a sales funnel of high-value leads which meet BANT criteria.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and lead sources through the qualification process.
  • Maximizing territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs, and demand creation.
  • Generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Converting leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with the company's solutions which differentiate company from competitors.
  • Maintaining the CRM for opportunity and contact management is fully compliant with company’s sales processes and procedures
  • sales professional needs to expertly lead through this change and bring to bear innovation that delivers differentiated and tangible business outcomes to our Customers.

Requirements: 

  • Relevant work experience.
  • Experience in new business sales, 
  • Territory and contact management skills.
  • Experience establishing new business and setting appointments.
  • Fluent level German language skills and fluent English skills
  • Experience with outbound/inbound prospecting, lead generation, high volume phone sales
