>The job

The Technology Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager is a senior role that leads the definition of a clear and compelling hiring strategy to take the company through the next growth phase of their Tech teams on a global scale. To support the quality and expansion of the team, this role will need to combine strategic work aimed at supporting business needs and obtaining TA-functional excellence, with a hands-on approach to daily duties. The Tech TA Manager role is part of the global HR team and reports to the Head of HR.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to offer thoughtful leadership on TA related strategy and execution; Consult with Tech leaders to create a comprehensive people strategy.
  • Be instrumental in architecting Talent Acquisition transformation plan.
  • Refine TA strategy to create consistent, high quality hiring results that are aligned with hiring managers and leadership goals.
  • Guide revamp of the infrastructure and recruiting tools to improve efficiency of the TA teams.
  • Ensure talent acquisition's vision for success is aligned with the company's business goals by being a role model, leader, and collaborative execution partner across all locations.
  • Act as an advisor to all Tech TA teams accross the board in accordance to strategic recruitment plan.
  • Manage complex TA Projects cross-functionally.
  • Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding decisions and the quality of work.
  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Develop and monitor analysis of OKRs, KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.
  • Provide expertise on employment market analysis and offering; Act as Subject Matter Expert within TA by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices, and innovative solutions to support the business.
  • Develop and control budget together with Head of HR.

>Requirements

  • Over 7+ years of IT recruiting leadership experience with a global perspective and a demonstrated ability to architect best in class talent strategies.
  • Experience working in an IT/Tech company, with an emphasis on high volume technology recruitment.
  • Passion for building global candidate generation strategies that are progressive and effective.
  • Ability to understand and communicate market trends and provide stakeholders with value-added perspective on how best to source and attract talent.
  • Tried and tested specialized TA experience, including direct experience with recruiting for the key IT talent segments
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills; experience in supporting and influencing C-level management.
  • Change and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Experience with international & dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent English language, written and spoken.
  • Degree level education in a related field, and relevant professional qualifications.
