Package £43k

Location – Coventry (partially remote – 4 days at home) 

IT is changing, we all know how fast the world has had to adapt with the pandemic & the tech industry has continued to develop and adapt during this time. 

Why am I telling you this? You work in change management already, however something isn’t sitting right with you in your company, maybe it’s the vision or they have been left behind with old tech. 

This is a Hybrid position with the expectation of being in the office one day a week due to current circumstances everyone is encouraged to work from home as much as possible. 

So, let’s talk a little about this role I’m recruiting for, I need a Rockstar, someone who has worked in Change management for a few years now (3-4, if I’m being picky) I need you to have worked within a ITIL environment & be ITL V3 RCV or ITIL v4 certified with a good level of understanding of Service-Now. 

You’re going to be working alongside another senior analyst so you won’t be alone, you’ll also have a couple of junior guys below you that may need your industry experience from time to time. 

Reporting directly to the manager, you will be involved in several projects over the year including moving to an Agile environment, so it would be extremely beneficial if you are already working in this setup. 

You will need to have strong skills in delivery, solving analytical problems will be second nature & your organisation will always be on point. 

What’s on offer for you? 

The salary package is £43k with a company bonus scheme (between 10 to 15% annual), 35 hours a week (8:30-4:30pm) 28 days + bank holidays, gym memberships, flexible discounts, service recognition + much more.
