A brilliant opportunity for a strong Senior Property Manager to join this leading multi branch regional Estate Agent managing the team and portfolio across their Harborne and Birmingham city centre offices.  

My client has an extensive portfolio spanning across the Birmingham area and is looking for an experienced leader to oversee, service levels,  efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands on and have strong knowledge of property management legislation and will be a natural leader whom the team can feel confident in and supported by. 

The Senior Property Manager will have had previous experience working within a similar property related role. 

This role will include all aspects of Property Management as well as overseeing a team ensuring compliance of the portfolio, mentoring and supporting the team, maintaining exceptional service levels whilst achieving departmental KPI's and budgets.

Essential:

• Previous property management experience essential
• Experience and managing a small team 
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages

Senior Property Manager – Benefits

• Up to £28,000 Basic salary
• 5 day working week
• Car allowance potentially available
