In terms of skills, What they really need is someone who’s a dab-hand when it comes to building efficient and scalable infrastructure using Azure, a whiz-kid with AD(active directory), SharePoint & 365. Someone who isn’t scared to make their own opinions heard, and most importantly, can communicate with the other members of the team so that everything fits together nicely.

The end goal is to have a much larger team, and they’re still very much in their infancy when it comes to implementing a true DevOps culture, so if you’re looking for a role that will allow you to implement your own ideas and shape what’s considered as best practice within a business, worry not – there’s plenty of room for you to do that here and really make your mark.
