Telesales Executive

HARLOW, Essex

£18,000 - £22,000 + Commission

I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our brand-new clients for a highly ambitious and motivated telesales executive. My client is a fast-growing motor dealership with a very strong presence in the market. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced candidates to join the well-established sales team to aid further to the company’s growth and success, through converting enquiries into sales.

Daily tasks include:

• Handle all incoming enquires and converting them into sales (inbound).
• Make outbound calls and follow up leads where ever possible to gain further sales (outbound).
• Sell various options to customers over the phone including finance options.
• Take deposits and gain customer commitment over the phone.
• Multi-Channel activity including – emails, live chat, and phone to convert leads within an agreed SLA.
• Updating customer database using the company CRM system.
• Work within FCA regulated environment. (Training provided)

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with a positive can-do attitude to the workplace. You will be someone who is personable and able to build rapport quickly as well as being self-motivated and eager to succeed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience is a fast paced and busy sales environment.
• Proficient computer skills
• Motivated, energetic and goal oriented.
• Great closer and ability to think quick on your feet.
• Used to working to KPI’s, targets and deadlines
• Drive and determination to succeed
• Great with team and customers, good rapport builder.
• Good Car/Van knowledge is desired but not essential.
• Understanding of FCA regulations – desired but not essential

The is role is working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday).

Full commission structure to be discussed at interview stage.

£18,000 to £22,000 (Basic salary), OTE over £35,000 (uncapped commission)
