Complaints Investigator based in Wembley and the hourly rate is £19.56ph

Our client is looking for a Complaints Investigator to work in a Complaints and Casework team. The role will ensure we deliver a high quality complaints service to customers.
They will be responsible for undertaking corporate and statutory complaint investigations in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. They will work with a great team in the Assistant Chief Executive’s department covering those complaints which have been escalated to stage 2 of the complaint process and require investigating on behalf of the Chief Executive.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to mentor and advise colleagues in other departments on complaints management and assist them in using the learning from complaints to drive service improvements and will provide complaints training to colleagues and liaise with key bodies and partner agencies to obtain information and answer queries in relation to complaint investigations.
