Job Title: AAT Tutor Assessor  - Level 4

Location: Hertfordshire and surrounding area

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Hold or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET, or above).
• Hold own AAT qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accountancy, and competent to deliver to Level 4.
• Experience of delivering training sessions within the workplace.
• Confident with 1-1 and group delivery.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Duties:

• Assess and deliver AAT / Accountancy qualifications to Level 4 (Apprentices and class-based learners)
• Embed Maths and English where required.
• Prepare, plan and deliver quality learning sessions (group, one to one and online), and ensure timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
• Mentor learners throughout their journey offering IAG and encouragement.
• Provide progress feedback to learners and provide support to ensure they meet their set goal / target.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
