Rate: £12.72ph- £15.88ph

Contract Length: 6 months

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs

The role of the customer service advisor will include:

  • The role holder will manage customer queries and reservations in an efficient and timely manner.
  • They will build relationships with new and existing customers through outbound call activity in order to maximise rental opportunities
  • To provide a 1st call resolution service to all of our direct and indirect rental customers, taking full responsibility and ownership of all customer queries/requests including the booking of rental reservations. Seeking opportunities through relationship building to increase rental day sales
  • Making outbound calls to existing rental customers in order to maximise the existing opportunities.
  • Create, identify and progress rental opportunities to support delivery of rental targets and margins
  • Through the identification of customer needs and requirements promote suitable rental solutions and which directly contribute to the rental targets
  • Manage own workload effectively and prioritise where necessary to ensure all KPI's are met
  • Dealing with customer in a professional manner and with a high level of accuracy
  • Monitor inbound traffic by e-mail, online bookings and telephone to ensure departmental KPI's are met
  • Respond to customer queries by understanding the enquiry, gathering information and taking responsibility for the accuracy of information provided to the customer

The successful customer service advisor will require:

  • Educated to GCSE C grade and above is essential, including Maths and English.
  • Good understanding of the Rental Industry operational and sales requirements.
  • Previous experience of working within a call based customer service based role

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels both internal and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail
