Job Description:

A highly regarded and large Professional Services company based in the City is looking for switched on and bright Personal Assistant to support a senior level EA. This EA supports an Executive level member so it is important you have the professionalism and confidence to work in a senior level environment.

You will assist with all logistical support including diary and travel management, processing expenses, assisting with events, managing emails, liaising with other Assistants across the business, handling confidential documents and taking calls. Due to the set-up of the role, it is important you are able to take direction as well as juggle multiple tasks.

This is  fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who wants to progress as a PA long term. You will have great support from an experienced EA and have exposure to an executive floor environment at the same time.

This role would be suited to someone who is articulate, ambitious and comfortable being based in a professional environment.

Skills/Experience Desired;

  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services company would be ideal.
  • Previous demonstrable experience supporting with PA duties in a professional capacity is bonus but not essential.
  • Articulate and switched on. 
  • Confident using MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Confident and articulate.
