This role will involve
Ideally have Housing knowledge.
Provide a responsive, customer and solution focused service to households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Efficiently deliver back office support and respond to customer telephone and email enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
