Job Description:

A leading well-respected, City based financial services company is looking for a credible Team Assistant to support multiple individuals with meticulous support. This role will require you to support different teams within the business ad be a real helping hand so it’s important you are able to pick up things quickly and have a high attention to detail.


This team are looking for a professional Team Assistant with a creative and innovative flair when carrying out their work. This role would suit someone ambitious, confident and credible, who wants to be an EA long term. You will be managing multiple diaries, scheduling travel, processing expenses and assisting with all other necessary support.


This is a close-nit office environment which hardworking and friendly individuals.


Skills/Experienced Required;

  • Experience providing PA support for a team of individuals.
  • Experience working ideally within financial services industry is preferred.  
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
