An opportunity for an organised candidate to join as a Lettings Coordinator has become available with a reputable independent lettings business based in Central Leeds. This well-known Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Lettings Coordinator who can take over responsibility for dealing with Lettings Administration within the branch. This is a temporary role, for 6-8 months, with the opportunity to lead into full time employment.
This will be a great opportunity for someone to gain invaluable experience with a well known estate agent in the lettings department. This is a new post to assist with the increased volume in business they are currently experiencing and would be a fantastic step to take if you are a strong administrator looking to get into the property sector. The post is office based and the main duties will be dealing with telephone and online enquiries, understanding the properties they have on the market and being helpful in matching suitable applicants to the appropriate properties, and arranging viewings.
Lettings Coordinator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience of dealing with lettings/administration
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
