Job Title: Learner Engagement Manager (AEB / Pre-Employment)

Salary: £35,000 + excellent benefits package
 
Location: Remote

Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

• Identify, engage with and grow a network of referral partners, to generate learner referrals for AEB and Pre-Employment programmes
• Work with and maximise existing referral partner relationships.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Work to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referrals.
• Support with the creation of marketing resources.
• Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis.

Criteria:

• Must have experience of working within a similar role, with an established network of employability referral partners
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, written and verbal skills.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license and use of own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel (when required)
