Maintenance Engineer - Multi Skilled

Location: Dartford, Cliffe, Rochester, Northfleet

£41,486 + Overtime + 11% Pension + 23 Days holiday + BH

Shifts: Days and nights no weekends

For our client, it is all about working in a fast-paced environment where it is critical that production lines are running at capacity on a 24-hour basis.

We are searching for a multi-skilled  Maintenance Engineer to join a well-known company experiencing high demand and are very busy during these testing times. If you are a hard-working engineer and answered yes to all the above questions, we have an opportunity which will no doubt be of interest to you.

The role involves attending breakdowns at their site – the machinery includes Kilns, ovens, presses, conveyors and moulding machinery. There is also a good amount of planned preventative maintenance involved so experience of making plans and implementing continuous improvements will put you in good stead for this role. Training can also be provided for any Engineer who needs an updated Forklift license, IOSH etc.

Successful candidates will need at least a time-served apprenticeship or an NVQ 3 under their belt.
