Complaints Investigations Manager based in South London and the hourly rate is £27.33ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

The Investigations Manager is central in delivering resolution to all Stage 2 complaints, Ombudsman queries, single points of contact and all queries and guidance to our complaints process, managing complaints to the standards set out in the agreed timescales, co-ordinating, advocating for residents and working collaboratively with other agencies on case management.

Our client requires a self-motivated problem solver who can focus on the needs and aspirations of customers in delivering effective outcomes. This is a very busy and challenging but rewarding role and we require someone who has:

  • Right first time service delivery
  • Passion Drive and commitment
  • Service delivery which is focused on the customer and shaped by putting yourself in the customers shoes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in a range of formats
  • Strong commitment to corporate working, team working and joint working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible attitude, always prepared to go the extra mile
  • Can do attitude and demonstrable ownership and responsibility
