Senior UX/UI Designer - 55-65K

As a Senior UX Designer you are a key person in our team, leading the design of digital products and services.

You are confident working across UX design disciplines and are competent leading both the planning and design stages of a project.

You are highly organised, a great communicator and passionate about the quality of work we produce. You always focus on helping your project team get things done and have a proactive attitude towards producing great design.

• Create audience persona
• Lead workshops
• Define user journeys
• Create system architecture / site map
• Coordinate and liaise with developers to specify functional requirements
• Help define Product Vision
• Assist Client Partners in the planning of project delivery

• Articulate UX Concepts
• Detailed interaction design delivered through intelligent wireframes
• Deliver timely and creative UX solutions using a logical approach.
• Establish principal UI design direction
• Work with the other designers in to implement UI design
• Create prototypes and lead user testing efforts
• Specify functional requirements to developers

    DEVELOPMENT :

• Define development back-log
• Review 3rd party software and solutions
• Brief developers on design and product functionality
• Review and input into development sprints
• Lead approach to QA of final products
