We believe that equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is integral to everything we do. As a key part of our new workforce strategy, we have started to implement a new staff led devolved EDI approach and we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EDI professional to embed this work.
In this interim role, you will be the subject matter expert and lead on the implementation and embedding of our equality, diversity and inclusion approach which aims to devolve ownership and accountability through our recently created EDI governance structure and approach. The successful candidate will be excited by working with others and delivering positive changes that have a meaningful and sustainable impact.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about EDI and who will celebrate diversity and encourage equality and inclusivity amongst all of our workforce whilst also embedding inclusion in all of our processes and policies. You will be visible across the Client and seen as the go to person for EDI insight and advice.
