Due to growth over the last year, we are recruiting for Recruitment Consultant positions to join our team in Newcastle on HOT desks and take complete control of the recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates for new and existing clients via LinkedIn, Job boards, Advertising, Internal CRM, referrals. 
• Business development; Building a relationship with new and existing clients
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Working towards, and achieving KPI’s
