This role is working for a well-established business based in Crewe with over 50 successful years of trading behind them – it isn’t a call centre environment, you’ll be working in a small close-knit team of equally skilled salespeople.

The ideal candidate will be technically minded and already have experience of selling software/SAAS in a B2B environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Improve and grow business within the Sales Territory
  • Achieve all sales targets allocated
  • Establish a rapport and build good relationship with all customers
  • Always give customers the best possible service
  • Demonstrate software effectively, using industry knowledge and experience
  • Ask for referrals in each of the accounts either internal or external
  • Create business plans to achieve targets and prospects to achieve plan
  • Set objectives for existing customers
  • Complete all activity and customer reports in the designated manner.
  • Present the company’s range of products to customers/prospects using the business methodologies as per sales training
  • Research and revise product and business knowledge to maintain level of understanding

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Experience in selling software/SAAS is preferable
  • Sales focused mentality and must have a have a real passion for sales.
  • Experience of video calling e.g. Teams, Zoom, Facetime, Skype
  • Excellent listening, negotiation verbal and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM to collect, update and use data efficiently

The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience up to £30k, plus an achievable OTE of up to £40k in year 1 but this is uncapped so the earning potential is completely up to the individual.

You will be working full-time Monday to Friday (soon to be Monday to Thursday), and there's some other excellent benefits including ongoing training and development, 25 days holidays per year plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service), death in service benefit, pension scheme, service awards, and more!
